TEACHING & PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Ray is currently serving as a governor of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Ray is a past President of The Society of Composers & Lyricists, the professional organization for composers.

He is also President and founder of the Composers and Lyricists Legal Aid Society, and a member of the board of directors of the Film Music Society.

For several years Ray has taught a class at UCLA Extension entitled "Music Production for Film and Television."
He is currently a member of the American Federation of Musicians, the Recording Musicians Association, the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors, and the American Association of Music Arrangers and Composers.

STUDIO

Ray owns and operates a full-service recording studio, Superscore Studios. It features complete video lockup, a digital Euphonix console with 288 automated inputs, 32 tracks of Protools HD digital editing, a second complete Protools system, and is heavily set up for synthesizers and samplers, as well as having a live room for recording musicians.
